Privacy Policy

The company Arredo & Lusso, hereby intends to inform that it will process the customer’s personal data in compliance with the provisions of the European regulation 2016/679 concerning the protection of natural persons.

Pursuant to art. 13 and 14 of the regulation, Arredo & Lusso, with Registered office in Piazzola sul Brenta (PD) Via Della Resistenza,7 is the data controller, that is, the subject who decides how and why to process personal data.

Personal data processing means any operation or set of operations, performed with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, even if not recorded in a database, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, processing, selection, lock, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, communication by transmission, diffusion or any other form of making available, the comparison or interconnection, limitation, deletion or destruction.

Type of data processed

The data processed are the data spontaneously provided by the customer through the site, for the purchase of products or to have requests for information and assistance.
The data collected by A&D SRL are only common and identifying data (for example, surname, first name, address of residence and billing, contact details, e-mail address).
They are not collected and are not necessary for the purposes of processing special data pursuant to art. 9 of the regulation, sensitive or judicial data.

Purpose of data processing

Personal data are processed for the following purposes:

  1. conclude and execute the contract of purchase of the products through the site. When you complete the purchase, we ask for the personal data necessary for the execution of the contract, such as billing and shipping of the product;
  2. registration to the site, through the insertion of certain personal information, necessary to ensure the identification and performance of the services offered to registered users;
  3. management of requests received by email, by telephone or through the appropriate sections of the site, using the personal data provided, to meet requests for information and assistance;
  4. statistical analysis-we use some information about the use of the site to perform analysis in order to improve the services and offers;
  5. sending promotional communications through periodic newsletters, in order to update the customer on news, offers and promotions.




Nature of data provision and refusal

The provision of customer data is necessary for the management of the order and requests received and therefore any refusal would make it impossible to process it. It is understood that the consent may be revoked at any time, without this affecting the lawfulness of the treatments previously carried out.

Legal basis of the processing

We process personal data only in the presence of one of the conditions provided for by current legislation, and specifically:

  1. for the conclusion and execution of the contract.
    The data for the conclusion of the contract will be used exclusively for the execution of the same. This basis legitimizes the processing of personal data that takes place in the following activities:

    • conclusion and execution of a contract for the purchase of the products offered;
    • registration to the site;
    • management of assistance requests.

The provision of personal data for such activities is a contractual obligation. The customer is free to communicate or not their data, but in the absence of the requested data it will not be possible to conclude or execute the contract and requests. This means that the customer will not be able to purchase the products and it will not be able to handle requests for information or assistance;

  1. to follow up on a legal obligation.
    In case of conclusion of a contract for the purchase of goods on the site, the processing of the user’s data will take place to comply with the legal obligations to which Arredo & Lusso is required, in accordance with the tax provisions and other rules to which it is subject. The customer is free to decide whether to conclude a contract and whether or not to communicate their data, but if they conclude it, the personal data will be necessary and will be processed to fulfill the aforementioned legal obligations to which we are bound.
  2. for the protection of a legitimate interest by the company Arredo & Lusso.

Methods of processing

In relation to all the activities indicated above, we will process personal data mainly through it and electronic tools; the tools we use guarantee high security standards, in full compliance with current legislation on the subject.

Scope of data communication

Scope of data communicationpersonal data will be processed by the internal staff of Arredo & Lusso specifically trained and authorized to the treatment.
The personal data will also be transmitted to third parties that we use to provide the best services; these subjects have been properly selected and offer an adequate guarantee of compliance with the rules on the processing of personal data. These subjects operate as independent data controllers or have been designated data processors and carry out their activity according to the instructions given.
The third parties in question belong to the following categories: banking operators, internet providers, companies specializing in it and telematic services; couriers, companies providing products, professionals.
The data can be transmitted to police and judicial authorities and administrative, in accordance with the law, for the investigation and prosecution of criminal offences, to allow the Owner of the establishment, exercise or defend a right in court, as well as for other reasons related to the protection of the rights and freedoms of others.

Data retention

Arredo & Lusso keeps the customer’s personal data for a limited period of time, in relation to the purpose for which they were collected, at the end of which they will be deleted or otherwise made anonymous. The retention period is different depending on the purpose of the processing: for example, the data collected during the purchase of the goods are processed until the conclusion of all the formalities, administrative and accounting are therefore stored in accordance with the enacted tax legislation (ten years). Those used to send newsletters will be kept until the user asks us to stop sending.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to revoke the consent given at any time by communication to the data controller. Likewise, the customer may request access to personal data, rectification, cancellation, limitation of processing as well as data portability (art.20 Reg. EU 2016/679). The request for deletion of data is subject to the obligations of retention of documents imposed by law.
The data subject also has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning him / her: in such cases, the data controller is required to refrain from any further processing, subject to the assumptions permitted by the regulation.
